Usually, yeah (unless you draw it in week 12 or 13 of Summer, in which case you cross over to Autumn). The extra cards get completely skipped, so you did everything right.

Quick question - I'm being asked to add an abundance. Can I use that to either cancel out a scarcity or replace it with an abundance? edit: Also it occurs to me that the completion of the 'Penetrate the Vessel and recover old knowledge' project probably should have either wiped out our 'pre-war knowledge' scarcity or gave us another boost.
