I'll sell the CSX to pay my obligation. N&W can indeed both run into NYC and upgrade the tile- the station present only blocks going /through/ the tile, not into it.

I'm an idiot and had an invalid route for my 2T+1, so I'm upgrading Helena instead of Fargo. The net result is that the company runs for $210 instead of $220 meaning that Panzeh and Squishy owe slightly less, and the company and I also have slightly less. I'll edit my other post.
