There has been a systematic attack on the USA's various critical infrastructures. From communication, to electricity and other vital utilities it's all damaged in some way on an almost daily basis. This is passed off as vandalism, but if you were to complie all of the forgotten and unread police reports you'd see a definite pattern. This has been going on for at least a decade, and indicates that organised subversive groups have been operating in the states.
