I didn't catch this one during the stream but I thought there would be more inventory items like gloves and poo poo but I believe in CDPR having enough item variety anyway. Also on top are all the menus that we get - looks like a standard TW3 list including CRAFTING.

The first Witcher 3 demo video used the terrible inventory system from W2, instead of what was eventually put in. There's plenty of time to perfect and detail the inventory screen - although I'm happy enough with what is there.

If you look at the Witcher 3 E3 demo, the locations and the basic combat still exists in the finished game, but the quest that is shown is gone and replaced with a few other things instead.

Specifically, the deserter town is a very small part of the bloody baron quest now, the griffin location is where you find Johnny's voice, the griffin quest was moved to White Orchard. Combat and gameworld UI stayed similar, but the inventory UI was completely overhauled from what was shown in another demo.

I wonder if I can use the character creator to make V look like Geralt or better yet Ciri.

It might be like Mass Effect where you can change your appearance, but it just won't feel right if you do.

So the more implants you install, the crazier you get and the more Johnny Silverhands you see.

I kinda got bored of Prey. Not sure what I was doing wrong, but I felt like I had too much freedom which led to choice paralysis and some of the enemies would still kick my arse no matter what I tried.

It took a while to click for me, but it was really worth it once you realize that exploration comes first.

It's also the only game I've played where the DLC is arguably better than the base game.
