my favorite bit is the lady putting on makeup with most her mouth missing. oh and the 3 weirdo guys in the cab look great too cdpr are masters of videogame cutscene direction and it looks like this game will let them show off more than ever, i cant wait

That goes beyond just saying what you experienced and enters into "you don't know dick about videogames" territory. they are specifically referring to SPECIAL and other rpgs of the era with similar systems based on D&D, where stat allocation was a big deal and really informed your character. its kind of a weird complaint and most rpgs have moved away from such systems but its not a completely ridiculous thing to say
