I think we should give extra points for Castlevania themed avatars. Also I'm fine with 12 because my team is filled with bums right now but would prefer to stick with 16. One option that has worked in my other league is that if you give up more players than the league max for keepers, you get extra draft picks at the beginning of the draft. Effectively your keepers are the first picks of the draft.
