I mean I really like the Inhumans. Loved Jenkins' and Jae Lee's 12 issue maxi-series. And I'm probably in the minority that loved them when they took over the Kree in War of Kings.

I just hate how they were shoved down all our throats as replacement mutants and now that X-Men is back in, they're just being swept under the rug in the absolute worst way.

Yeah it only ties in with The Raptors. I like it and really hope Cosmic Marvel has another resurgence like it did after Annihilation.

tbh bw i cant remember if youre a minority of some sort so im gonna try and be nice about this

obviously its not comparable in how bad it is, but its still a person outside a marginalized group appropriating insider language in a way that is offensive to the marginalized group, without any thought as to whether it was appropriate for them to do so in the first place and most likely without caring if it is even if they are told so

It's weird because the War of Realms is a thing that's been *happening* for like five real world years, but since it hasn't really hit Asgard(ia) or Midgard yet, it's only mentioned as a thing here and there and only when it influences events that affect Thor. Like, I feel like Marvel could make a whole second series about what's going on in, like, Svartalfheim (with Aaron at least having veto power on major events to not mess with his story) and I'm actually kind of surprised they haven't tried.

Really enjoyed how he had Laura mirroring a Cuckoo's pose at the end of #1, and the split panels you posted are so effective. He's getting more and more consistent since the Elektra mini and his previous ANW arc, so hopefully he stays on X-23 for a long time, because ANW never having consistency between arcs was a shame.

*Drawing all these covers, I mean, goddamn.

Tamaki's deliberate writing style, wringing out all the tension and emotion of the plot, is a really great fit for X-23 too, and the colours and lettering are supporting this so well.

I'd read the gently caress out of all those comics.

Just read Zdarsky's last issue of Spectacular. Absolutely loved it. Over the course of his run, I felt like it lost itself, but god drat he ended the run strong.
