i noticed there are actually a fair number of cspammers like myself who are dealing with not only living through trumphellworld but actually trying to raise a small person at the same time, and how loving terrifying it is. so this is the Official C-spam Parent support group Thread where we can talk about trying to raise adorable little Marxists in a world that tries to force all its impressionable minds into being good little wage slaves, abide its gender norms, subservience to authority, etc. Things I didnt even notice until I had a kid. heres some fun images at the childrens area at the library    in toy sections   my daughter is only three and ive been very vigilant but she already shows signs of being extremely gender normative despite all my efforts, its absolutely astounding how much just existing in our society breaks our brains. there are so many depressing topics surrounding our situation that i could ramble on and on. how are yall other parents coping. e: gently caress forgot a tag but i guess poo poo works for this thread

i really love my daughter but what kind of world did I bequeath to her? here's a picture of her: a problem for her and me is that if you project even a little bit into the future all stable ideas of how to live your life are dead. perhaps Daddy and Mommy have "stable jobs" but if you want to live your life in 20xx you need to learn about dealing with contigencies, how capittal jumps across national boundaries under its own needs, and the moribund status of the political system you were yourself born into
