I think someone in the casting department's been having fun; The last couple of episodes have had a normal cell voiced by Kobayashi Yuusuke (Re:Zero's Subaru) running around after a Lactic Acid Bacteria cell voiced by Takahashi Rie (Re:Zero's Emilia/Konosuba's Megumin), and the Pylori bacteria was voiced by Fukushima Jun (Konosuba's Kazuma).
