Unconstrained or not rained in engineers don't give any fucks about how people actually want to or need to use their product. Even with other engineering tools that other engineers use. I don't know how many times I've had to explain I need the tool to do something and then was met with a long philosophical debate about how that's not proper and how the tool isn't even designed to do that
