Big Super Slapstick Hunk

For the unaware, Daniel Poncedeleon got hit by a comebacker from Caratini in the temple and almost died from bleeding in his brain about a year ago. After surgery and rehab he makes his MLB debut tonight starting for the Cardinals.

E; He also got married while he was recovering.
