Raiders should sign Kaepernick to back up Carr / compete for the starting job. If Gruden did that it would completely change my opinion of him, and if they're serious about winning that's what they should do

His biggest problem last year was inconsistency and drops. I saw him make amazing catches while blanketed in press, and then drop easy catches when he was open. This is why I always favored crabs over cooper, and I think with crabs gone, cooper is still not likely to step up and become the favorite red zone target. I'd guess nelson is gonna be that guy.
