Here's my calico, Heidi. I just adopted her from a cat sanctuary a few months ago and she's my first cat. She's 7.  She is also very noisy! Making all sorts of grumpy grunts all the time. Even if she sounds like she may be annoyed at me, she's a cream puff and seemingly doesn't know how to bite or use her claws.
