even though its never been incorporated, id really love to see a 7th amendment challenge to forced arbitration. then again it would probably just result in a ruling that yes you can waive all your rights including 13th amendment rights

yes op this was literally what the roberts court ruled in epic systems in may of this year its hilariously unconstitutional and an effective repealing of the 7th amendment, as well as the 1st amendment's right to free association because the same clauses also generally bar class actions the roberts court is illegitimate and the majority should all be impeached
