How do you caramelize it, just in a pan with some oil for a long time? Cabbage is rad. Yeah just slice it into disks, brush them with a little olive oil, sprinkle kosher salt and pepper and bake at 450* for about 15 minutes until it begins to carmelize. Also, you can make galumpkis and take those to work.
