Post about cool September callups IMO Giants called up Chris Shaw, 1B/bad defensive OF who strikes out too much but has maybe the most raw power of any Giants prospect. Played in his first MLB game last night.

Pirates called up a bunch of bums. Nick Burdi I guess might be a functional major league reliever lol No Kevin Kramer yet, not that I anticipate him being actually good. His strikeout rate indicates to me that his .850+ AAA OPS will die hard against major league pitching
