Juno said she couldn't do anything to Bolverk, but that's not proof that she didn't.

FairGame posted:In conclusion, everything is bad! But not as bad as it could have been. The game doesn't end if Iver loses his duel to Bellower/Bolverk. It just means that you have to flee the Tower of Manaharr in a hurry--and don't get a chance to throw Bellower into the ocean. So when Bolverk awakens in the rubble, he yanks out Bellower's arrow and revives the immortal Sundr. That seems like a pretty major difference. Are things going to be bad enough now that whether Bellower is up and about doesn't really matter much?

A I like the way the horseborn have been handled in the game. They're not human, and they have their own ways of doing things.

Unless Juno et al. are looking for a giant reset button, the best case scenario here is pretty unpleasant.

queserasera posted:Another trilogy set in the post-apocalyptic world would be sweet but I doubt it'll happen. It'd be a very different game, sort of a Viking post-apocalypse SimCity. That would be interesting but I don't know how much interest the fans of a game like this would have in that.

Did we ever get an explanation for why Varl are so terrified by fire? Or is that just one of those details that's unexplained?
