Greasy spoon at it's finest. Nothing I'd say out of this world gotta have it all the time - but if you know what you are in for, then you know what you are after when you walk in that door. Chili John's - depends on the 'heat' level you get it at. As the 'heat' goes up you get darker ground beef = more grease and chili powder thrown at it. You can get it with or without spaghetti noodles. Is yours like this?

Yeah, it's rough. My uncle that is in the vintage business swears there will be hordes uncovered for years to come and the families of the estates will have no interest in any of it. Years building a collection to have it sold off piecemeal etc.
