Might need to change your name to LobsterdadX. Congrats, and welcome to the AI Dad crew. I know there is a lot of half joking here but modern child seats are huge leaps forward in safety. If you can emulate the LATCH system in modern cars it would add to the safety factor.

I got emotional as hell getting rid of my dumb Saabaru, I can only vaguely fathom how hard this was until you forced yourself to be mathematical about it. The big boat had a lot of seriously cool history, and you got to be part of it.

It's super common in the Southeast, too. The house gets sealed with heavy duty tarps and its mass fumigated.
