I retained Mrs. ***** ***** in July of 2016 to help me with my adjustment for a green card. NOT only did she fill out the paperwork incorrectly, left blank, did NOT turn in my medical forms to immigration, they DENIED me and I was picked up by ICE. She informed my wife that she would help us Pro-bono due to the fact I retained her solely on my adjustment. She then had the audacity to charge us for the work that she clearly texted my wife saying it was on her (we have copies of the text messages). My wife tried to resolve the issues with their office, she went in and spoke to a ***** ***** (Office Manager) then emailed ***** ***** and ******* K. ****** with NO resolution. I am sorry but this is ***** poor practice and unprofessional. We have filed a complaint with the State Bar and will NOT back down until we have the resolution we are looking for.
