The gameplay is almost exactly the same The aesthetics are a mixed bag imo. There are some things that look great, others that I felt like missed the point and treated Demon's Souls like a proto-Dark Souls aesthetically rather than its own thing. Same for the music. Some of it's great (the new Storm Ruler arrangement), others just completely miss the point (Tower Knight music)

i also reiterate that when compared to game pass, this poo poo absolutely sucks, but on its own, if you dont have access to gamepass, its fine. i hope they add more to it, i did not get the classic tier because i expect nothing from it, but i have to imagine there will be games that come both to it and gamepass. i wonder if mlb could strongarm sony into it for the show like they did with xbox
