 Welcome to Final Fantasy Tactics Mafia - A Game of Mafia for however many people want to sign up.  Standard Mafia Rules apply. This is going to be a Role Madness game. After Signups are completed and Alignments are handed out, you will then PM me your starting class choice.  Starting Choices are Squire or Chemist. On Night 2, Night 4, and Night 5 you will choose a new class to add to your starting class, your choices are based on what you picked at the start. Night 2 - Squires can choose from Knight or Archer and Chemists can choose from Black Mage or White Mage. Night 4 - Knights become Monks, Archers become Thieves, White Mages become Oracles, and Black Mages become Time Mages. Night 5 - Monks can choose between Lancer or Samurai, Thieves become Ninjas or Geomancers, Oracles become Mediators or Calculators, Time Mages become Summoners or Bards. Every class gives you a 1 shot ability. There are very few abilities in the game that are not 1 shots. There will be 3p's with different abilities and the scum team will have additional abilities on top of their class choices. All flavor names for EVERY player will be randomly determined from the List of random Troop Names that final fantasy tactics uses. Thus no one will be anyone famous from the game and flavor arguments are useless. I will also be playing through during this game. I will be posting updates in thread with screenshots documenting my journey. I will also be doing a challenge of YOUR choosing from the following three challenges. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Straight character Challenge The class chosen for this will be randomly determined but will not include calculator or mime because my sanity will already be taking a big enough hit running this game for you nerds. If I get dancer I will be making Ramza a bard instead of GS'ing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Solo Ramza Challenge - Ramza is all alone; a one man army. Can you do it? Rules: 1. Only Ramza can be present in the battle. However, if guests are given to you, do not go out and kill them so you can have all the glory yourself. 2. Ramza can invite both monsters and humans during the battle. However, they may not join up unless you want some equipment. In which case, strip them and give 'em a swift kick in the rear. 3. Ramza is the only one present in the formation screen. Yes, this results in skipping getting Beowulf, Reis, and Cloud, but if there are members in your party and the battle requires two teams, someone must be brought in. Therefore, don't grab Musty for their sake. 4. The world is your hunting ground. Feel free to poach. 5. No GSing, no item duping. 6. The only skills that can be learned must start with a pre-selected letter. For example, if you pick ""C"", you can Chakra, Carve Model, etc. This is for individual skills, not skill sets. 2. No specials characters. 3. Guests can do whatever you want them to. 4. No cheating 5. Level caps: Chapter 1: 20 Chapter 2: 35 Chapter 3: 50 Chapter 4: 70 - Before Murond Death City I WILL RANDOMLY DETERMINE THE LETTER. (If I let you jerks decide I'll get stuck with X or something ridiculous and only be able to use x-potion) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Vote Here! Anyone, even those not in the game can go hog wild on that vote and I will do whichever has the most votes at the start of the game. Other than that it's a normal game of mafia with cooky roles and regular roles. I will leave signups open until some time on Tuesday 9/25/2018. Whatever we have at that time is what we go with. 3p and Scum numbers will vary based on how many signups we get.

Knight: 1 shot cop (Or rolecop if you are scum) Archer: 1 shot watch White Mage: 1 shot doc (Can be used on self, also heals status effects) Black Mage: 1 Shot Toad (Turns player into a toad, they are unable to perform night actions on the night this power is used and the following night. This effect can be healed by a white mage.) Monk: 1 shot PGO (passive, first action to target you at night) Thief: Thief - can steal an item from another player at night Oracle: 1 shot sleep (Makes a player sleep at night making them untargetable by any night action and making them unable to use any action that night) Time Mage: 1 shot roleblock Lancer: 1 shot vig (used at night, lands at lynch on the following day) Samurai: 1 shot elite bodyguard Geomancer: 1 shot "Nature's Wrath" If targeted by a night action the geomancer will counter with a random effect based on a terrain chart Ninja: 1 shot ninja vig/kill Mediator: 1 shot "Praise" (Recharges 1 shot of a random job ability) Calculator: 1 shot calculate (uses a randomly chosen ability from ANY job) Summoner: 1 shot summon (randomly chooses a summon from the summon list) Bard: 1 Shot "Sing" (Sing makes the bard a lightning rod and nexus the night it is used) Holy Swordsman: Cult Recruiter Mime: Pick Two Targets, you use one of the job abilities of the first target, on the second target. I've only ever played vanilla mafia (and most irl), so I have no idea what are archers, knights, black/white mages, etc. I'm also on the other side of the world and have a busy full time job. So I'll miss a lot of the excitement but yolo! I'm in, please!
