I know, but it feels like this year and last year, the pattern is: Maddon pulls the starters too early in the first part of the season, burns the bullpen out over time, bullpen is exhausted for playoffs, and I'm not sure how much financial flexibility we'll have with so much money tied up in bad starting pitching.
