I think that they missed an important part here though - nobody knows how much nut is in actual nut milk so saying 15% is totally meaningless. I'm lactose intolerant and Camilla is right, nut milks are only available unflavoured, vanilla and sometimes chocolate. There's a big market for more flavour choices and I'd possibly be a customer (except for being in Canada). I wish nut milks were sold more like soda and less like merely milk substitute. Seems like Sugar took the easy way out. They'd have to first increase production, lock in contracts for nut suppliers etc, market research flavours, change the packaging design, and then try to get into stores and it will take a large investment. Sian can just spend money on marketing, get more sales and print more swimwear after the customer has paid online. She also left out that they could sell wraps that match the swimwear, with the same material. Yes.. When you grind up nuts you get nut butter. Water needs to be added to thin it out. It's ground up in some type of blender then strained to remove the tiny nut particles #drainyournuts, then I expect for commercial product, additive are used to keep it from separating. I just finally caught this and I'm mad they're trying to push Camilla's idea around on costs when the actual literal problem is the fat content. Nuts are all near enough 50% fat by weight. If her 15% is the strained content added, which you have to assume it is, it's probably 70%+ 1ml != 1g, but it's close enough to fudge it. One of her grab-n-go drinks therefore has ~32g of fat in it. Your daily allowance as a oomon fEmale is 44-55g It's almost like there's a reason your competitors stick to 2-5%, which replicates whole milk, isn't there you loving idiot. No wonder people like the taste when they're drinking a loving desert. e: she sells 6% on her website, at 17g of fat per serving, so she's obviously gone OMG NEED USP with no brain engaged at all. e2: for more context, full fat ice-cream with nuts (such as Haagen Hazs), is 29g of fat for two scoops.
