lol I've played a significant amount of the Jaguar library on an actual Jaguar, even the Jaguar CD.

Brutal Sports Football was interesting. Tempest 2000 and Defender 2000 were cool. I enjoyed Cannon Fodder but I'm sure there are better versions on other platforms. Not too much else sticks in my memories from the system.

The DS had some of my favorite games though (namely Ace Attorney series), at least in the US. Then again, it also had some of my least favorites (the two Zeldas).

Basically I like all Nintendo systems minus Wii and Wii U. :colbert:

I also have no nostalgia for the NES (only played SNES and onward), so that can go too. Balloon Fight in the original Animal Crossing though...

The Switch is great, as were the GBA, DS, and 3DS, but I think my heart will always belong to the SNES. It wasn't my first game console, but it's the Nintendo console I have the most nostalgia for. I can muster at least a little affection for every Nintendo console and handheld aside from the Virtual Boy, though. Some great times had playing on them.

I'm pretty sure I've had more cutscenes than game which is fine because I'm enjoying them. The voice-acting is good, the writing is pretty bad, but I am really curious to know what's going on. It's pretty cool how this feels like a natural progression from 6 through 9.

Most of the tutorial fights are done now. There's a couple showcasing the role later joiners fill, but once you've left Besaid tutorial mode is basically done.

I genuinely can't decide what Nintendo console is my favorite, though admittedly the NES and N64 aren't in consideration for me. Not that they're bad, but I'm a big fan of RPGs and neither of those systems have very many.

I like my new2ds xl. It lets me go back to games and help deal with my backlog. But I adore the Switch, too. I only wish they had released dark blue ones when I was getting mine. Then again, I had a nearly full time job at work, so I had been saving for a regular switch.
