An even more basic advice is to immediately bump the difficulty to Hard or Expert (can’t remember right now) then just go kill poo poo at Nephalem Rifts or Bounties.

Having a couch co-op version sounds really nice, so we'll probably get it on Switch when the cycle repeats itself. That’s exactly what season journeys are for.
