This post-game interview with Jammy Blankets makes it sound like he's staying with the team, talked a lot about how the team played hard and how he was rusty and so on so maybe we'll get a whole season out of him and maybe we'll all shake off the Stockholm syndrome and boot his rear end outta here. If the any of the team was able to finish a loving layup we woulda been in much better shape. I guess that sorta thing can happen when practices get cancelled and 1/5 of your starters are bull-in-a-china-shopping the team chemistry!!

Bit harsh on china to compare it to KAT and Poutino Mobley

MLB, the most old school of all leagues somehow made one of the best streaming services in the world. Like not just sports leagues, but like the tier below Netflix good. There was a point a couple years ago where MLB advanced media was the go-to for anyone launching a big streaming service that didn't want to spend giant amounts of money to figure it out. Not just HBO hired them for their streaming backbone, they also did the NHL and the WWE network.

One of their clients was ESPN3/WatchESPN and the tech worked well enough that Disney gave them billions of dollars to buy the tech and their non-baseball business and are going to use it to build their Disney stream.

That’s weird because WatchESPN is hot garbage a lot of the time.

Yeah coach money has escalated wildly. Although honestly it's less the money cause lord knows there's enough of that to go around, but more the year commitment. I'm not sure why people are getting 5 year contracts in an industry that fires you after one bad year (or less). I wonder how many 5 year contracts actually make it to the end. Take out Carlisle and Pop and Spoelstra and it's probably....none of em. You're either a top 5 coach in the league, or you're gonna get fired at some point. Maybe both.

That’s exactly why coaches are asking for and getting that many years.

How badly do Golden State Warriors fans want to just get into the building for a home game?

We'll soon find out.

The team sent an email to its fans on Monday offering a monthly "In The Building Pass." The pass simply gets a fan into the team's Oracle Arena for every home game for $100 a month.

The mobile pass does not include a seat, and with no access to the seating bowl, doesn't even include a view of the court itself. The team says fans who purchase the pass will have access to the arena's bars and restaurants and can watch on the televisions in the club areas. Fans do have a chance to receive one of the Warriors giveaways if they are one of the first 10,000 people into the arena
