That's not a recipe for bringing your "A" game from start to finish for a long season, but that's all the more reason to stop signing them and their buddies to long-rear end contracts. They all seem very comfortable and I'm sure it's a fun organization to work for but the entertainment portion is taking a hit unless they have one of their good games.
