It seems to be competetive at the highest level in l33t 1v1 duels pvp you probably have to run stock client with UOS, mainly because it's way better than razor, and also supports a whole dynamic scripting language. It's also probably gonna be your best bet for macroing and other grindy poo poo. But it covers most of the stuff. Beta is up for another 12 or so hours from now, so you can get on there and set up your hotkeys and tool around with various builds and run around the world/dungeons/etc. The dungeons and world map are all extremely good. They've been working on this pretty extensively for several years now. IMO as a long time UO dork this captures the feel of original UO relatively well. Also the economy is pretty well thought out, drop rates are very low, there's very little pay to win (you can buy some cosmetic stuff in the cash shop, and I guess you could sell it for in game gold). I use to staff on another free shard with one if the admins. Pretty chill dude. General mind set is people work issues out and long as you aren't exploiting go crazy. They built systems to limit potential exploits but to make really interesting PVP interactions.

They banned the Orion normal client which is my favorite one. I really don't want to go back to razor, and theirs had some login bug.

Also for anyone having problems with Razor not resizing despite forcing, the solution is to download and install Razor separately and then point it to your outlands directory on first run.

I wish Sallos worked with Outlands but its unsupported. I tried for a few hours before giving up. There's an FPS patch for Razor though. It isn't amazing and it doesn't give butter smooth movement like Orion does, but it does make a noticeable difference. I tried using Steam but I just couldn't get used to it. Maybe I'm a grognard now
