Sidestep is Tressa's best skill. Also, it doesn't take THAT many nuts to turn her into a magical powerhouse. She, Cyrus and Primrose all hit max E.Atk pretty easily.

Capture turn into abysmal jokes late game. Some of the most powerful monsters you can capture will have a 1% capture rate unless you MAX boost and get them to 1 HP first. Then they'll have a 2~5% capture rate. I am not joking. Entirely not worth it.
