Adguard lifetime license. I have it on my PC and it fuckin' rules-- spoofs your IP, throws location trackers off, blocks trackers, deletes third party cookies, allows custom lists. It's a computer-wide adblocker. They also have a browser extension.

On a mac I consider Path Finder essential if you have ever spent more than 10 minutes in finder. Around the time I switched to mac TotalFinder was other option, it worked by injecting code into Finder and I thought that was hacky and there was no way it would last, and I was right TotalFinder requires you disable SIP (system integrity protection) now.
