hitman 2016 was a sleeper hit because the episode thing made it seem like a lovely cash grab which turned people off until they realised that hitman: ground zeroes is actually a sick idea. then with 2 they got dumped by their publisher and hosed up their marketing

LA Noire had a backlash at release because they tried to market it as a big action packed open world / cinematic experience to draw in GTA fans but both the action and open world elements suck and are just sort of there because they have to be. its been reassessed because theres a decent adventure game with some still unmatched tech in it and you can skip everything that isn't that

Someone work out the catch for me I don't trust EA looking at origin access right now i think the catch is that the catalogue is only about 160 games, most of which are probably just old PC games that you could get on gog for nothing if you actually wanted to play them. EA only releases like 10 new games every year now anyway so the main reason to subscribe is just to get your BF and FIFA.
