(Please tell me if I’m using the wrong words here, I’m not deliberately being insensitive, but I don’t have a lot of experience with folks with this particular set of traits) From interviews, we’ve learned that Entrapta wasn’t initially intended to be written as autistic but one of the crew asked if she was, because *he* was autistic and her behaviour seemed really familiar. So they decided that yeah, it tracks that Entrapta is, and so they involved him in helping to write her that way, so she would be more realistic and relatable.

I remember reading the Glimbow thing on Twitter too. Also, there’s a scene in S5 where everyone is sitting around and Bow’s playing his lute, and Glimmer’s cuddled up to him, draped on his shoulder. That seemed like they really wanted to set up their intimacy. I wonder if the reading script got recorded before the storyboards for these scenes were drawn, because the VA’s question and the subsequent read might’ve lead to the storyboard artist adding in these little unvoiced details. And yeah, Bow could be bi.

Larryb posted:Off the subject, thanks to some toy pictures we have our first look at He-Man and Skeletor from the reboot series (the one that’s coming out alongside Revelations): Nice to see Kristoff from Frozen getting more work. Had a bit of a Dreamworks jaw-lift done too.
