The first Rashad/Tito fight was a draw due to point deduction. That does somehow still seem like the more likely outcome than Rashad finishing anyone in MMA ever again after losing all those fights in a row, including being stumped by the technique of Dad Kelly and Sam Alvey for a combined 30 minutes of cage time.

If I remember they do but only slightly in terms if percentage? Really a tribal commission is mainly how Bellator gets around serious hard medical and drug testinc compared to state commissions etc. They've been doing that since pre-corona.
