Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. No question. The most re-playable side scrolling platform game ever. 24 hrs of run through each time. Never boring. Always 24 hours to get everything you want so that you can beat Dracula without even trying. There's still one secret room I can't do after all these years. The one with the harpies and ratcheting gears. I know where the door is, but I've never been able to get it open without dying.
