When you make a donation (blood/plasma/cash) if you want an avatar/gangtag say which one you want when you post. The cat/dog pictures are going to take a couple days to be resized and uploaded.

 We're going to be extending this to the 15th of january in order to get late entrants and process final blood donations (mainly since we started this in the middle of december instead of the beginning of the month)
