I have an awful boss that flaps like a 10 stone budgie. Is constantly panicking about everything and keeps loving even simple things up due to the fact that he can't take a moment to take a step back and look at problems. The worst thing is that when you help by explaining something, he will then go around and tell others what wisdom you have shared like he's the first person that ever figured it out and talk to them like they are children. Which pisses everyone off. He also has a habit of phoning me at ridiculous hours and ask if you are at work, "Why no boss I'm not at work at 11pm on a Saturday, can this not wait until Monday?".
