I thought Heponiemi's head looked absurdly small in person, but seeing it now on TV it looks even smaller. Like a little pea.

Looking professional when committing genocide is essential. This is mostly achieved by using a beret.

Olive drab colour ensures the genocider will remain hidden from his prey until it's too late for them to do anything.

The Czechs are good too even though they generally lose to the "big" teams. That group is going to be a bloodbath.

Being the host, the Czechs can apply to have one team swapped out of a group. I can't imagine they're going to want to stay in the US/Can/Rus group. They'll probably say they have to swap themselves with Finland to play an outdoor game against their bitter rivals, Kazakhstan.

Move Sweden. Make the group even more hosed

I think the US lost because their goalie is named Cayden

sweden/canada/usa/russia all being in the same group and having round robin games against each other would be insane

We are less than 2 years from a Canadian team of 6 different spellings of that name vs a U.S. Team of 6 different spellings of that name (with less vowels.)

It would be fun, and really make for a weird medal round. Safe to assume those four all dog pile on Germany and go on, and then 1st place from the other side (and the others) all draw those teams in the first round.

Like, hey, way to go you won your group here's Russia.

It would also make goals differential matter. Germany would get murdered.

Germany is basically hosed at this point anyway unless the Czech team decides to move themselves for Kazakhstan.

Germany should just start juicing the whole team now and try to Space Jam it.

So that's two finals Jack Hughes has lost while playing on some pretty stacked US teams. Doesn't seem like he's got what it takes to win. Bust!
