Powershift posted:Being the host, the Czechs can apply to have one team swapped out of a group. I can't imagine they're going to want to stay in the US/Can/Rus group. They'll probably say they have to swap themselves with Finland to play an outdoor game against their bitter rivals, Kazakhstan. Move Sweden. Make the group even more hosed

Safe to assume those four all dog pile on Germany and go on, and then 1st place from the other side (and the others) all draw those teams in the first round. Germany is basically hosed at this point anyway unless the Czech team decides to move themselves for Kazakhstan.
