I can't dispute this part, but you'll need to explain how the survivor that can't do anything, but tattoo's people to prevent them from visiting them again, and also is loud, had some way to prevent scum from visiting which wouldn't cause them to visit even harder

I can think of, like, one way, that scum would actually not visit asiina
