What has six tits and three teeth? Night shift at the Waffle House. lovely joke. When I lived in the south I frequently enjoyed WH. If this makes me white trash I'm cool with it. I would love to have a Waffle House in my area for the chocolate milk and scattered, smothered and covered. Plus you always knew there was good place for night food and a timeout. Now it's Taco Bell.

I rode out a double 360 on a pallet jack once. I got thrown 4-5 times before I pulled it off, but with great reward comes great risk.

Soulex posted:Thanks! It was an intense game. I was really hoping we were gonna win it but at least it was exciting. Gonzaga tomorrow (today?) is going to be intense. It's the one game a year the whole loving school shows up. It was a really good game. Looked like a blowout then went to OT. The commentators went on about how Benjamin Buttons tied, then surpassed his father's scoring efforts for the same college. Was pretty cool. Soulex were you the camera dude who headbutted the basketball?

Wasn't intended as a doxx. I was thinking of all of the detailed and informative photography posts Soulex has contributed. When the play happened, instead of dropping his camera for the ball, he adapted. I have nothing but appreciation and respect for the quality of his work.

CRUSTY MINGE posted:Toyota over VW. Not for fun factor or anything, but little maintenance poo poo that can/will take way too long for dealer techs to misdiagnose it twice to fix it wrong the fourth time and you take it to an independent shop that changes something cheap and dumb that fixes all issues. That's a good point, Toyota's are much more common so I'm guessing more people are used to fixing them.

I have few regrets, one of them is not taking the all expenses paid week to DC for business. Never been there and I'd really like to experience all of the touristy poo poo. Could have done that on the company dime but I'm stupid. Now I have to pay but this weather and traffic chat really lowers this on my list.

We used to have big Thanksgivings with lots of people, food and hassle. This year we went to my moms, ate fruit trays and cinnamon rolls, and listened to my mom tell old people stories. Best and most relaxing holiday in years. Cheers GIP!

CRUSTY MINGE posted:Went to buy some shatter this morning. Told the tender what I wanted, paid, tipped and walked out with two bags of shatter not thinking about why I was carrying two bags and why it was heavier than an ounce. I got to a taco bell to order some godawful breakfast of champion potheads and decided to double check the bags when I realized she gave me a second ounce accidentally. I really appreciate this. I gamble a lot and when the dealers over pay me, I always point it out. I realize they're under a substantial amount of surveillance/observation and don't want to see someone lose their job or get in trouble for a few dollars. I just want to chill and have fun and don't want to see anyone on trouble.

I'm fine, GF is fine. GFs daughter is not. She's frontline, 1st year resident at a ground-zero location. Daughter is educated and pragmatic, GF is stresswd and paniced, and considering conspiracy theories. I have press, and papers, science and thought, but I think my loved one stared into the rabbit hole. How the gently caress do I stop this?

We are moving over the summer with all this going on so that should be "exciting". It will be my first time in NC but he was previously in Ashville about a decade ago. Looking forward to escaping the Midwest for the second time Did a few weeks there in RTP for a Cisco school. Really beautful area, and everyone we met was super friendly. We were also really amazed by the amount of things to do, for what seemed like a small area. Congrats!

It's 36x42", and surprisingly level with the storebought (adjustable height) bench. The legs are all dual 2x4s because Lowes and HD won't cut 4x4s in the store and I couldn't safely transport one in my cars. It's study as hell. The top layer of MDF is easily replaceable if it gets too damaged. Kreg jigs kick rear end. A friend and I built three kitchens full of cabinets and the jig was almost like cheating.
