I know nothing about hockey systems to be honest but I never understand why the Rangers never ever ever cover the guy in front of their net on the PK. There's always someone sitting directly in front of the goalie and the defenseman is 5 feet out from him. I suppose the idea is to give the ability to move around and cover more players and hope you can block the shooting lane but I've watched that guy in front score too many goals against the Rangers to think this is a fantastic way to defend on the PK

the Stars are such a painfully slow and unskilled team... something's got to give, they can't keep having their goaltenders carry them to success.. this game in Winnipeg is shaping up early to be pretty ugly, team can't move the puck out of their own end.
