Man, I’m getting absolutely shithoused by these Robocops who burn through all the Krushing Blows. Still crashing into the Sheeva jumpers and Sabot teleport guys but slowly getting better.

Playing some Shadow of War and suddenly realising if they wanted to go for yet another ridiculous crossover, Talion would fight right in. I'm pretty sure the Executions in particular might have been inspired by Fatalities. Could also do some interesting intros with both being out of place yet strangely at home in Outworld, and the whole wraith thing.

Doom Guy would be an obvious choice for a guest character imo. They could easily slot him in to replace Ash or whatever. You know. Because we need more guest characters who use guns.

Netherrealm should really take the plunge and just make the Millennial Nostalgia Property fighter everyone wants. Spend a little more to get Pinhead and Herbert West or something and just go for it. They already have most of the VAs they'd need in their contacts clearly willing to do the job.

I've mostly heard him called "The Fisherman" but w/e those movies were pretty lame. But f'real just shop this image around, circle the ones you want most, and make a roster out of it:  Throw in some white/grey hats like Robocop, Ash, T-800, Spawn, Predator and bake it. Boom.

Yeah when I was thinking of the list I was imagining you have your up-close fighters like the Xenomorph, Jason, Michael Myers, Leatherface, etc.; your mixed-ranged/trap fighters like Ash, Spawn, Hellboy, Laurie, etc.; and your long-range zoning types like Pinhead, Nancy, Willard, Herbert West, Hans the Trollhunter who excel at keep-away with their own personal style (Pinhead's sanctimony, West's deranged curiosity, Willard's fear, Nancy's resolve, Hans just commanding trolls).

Play Cetrion or Sheeva and go full on lame mode on people Edit: I think people are catching onto Sheeva but I feel like if you know 2-3 decent combos to deal with people who get in, you can still wreck shop zoning with Cetrion. I kinda like the switch to Scorpion. Usually that means they -really- want to close the distance and they're going to be jumpy and impatient. The switch to Sub Zero gives me bigger problems because I'm too dumb to block low unless my opponent is right in my face, plus trading projectiles with him is a bad time.

The sub zero slides almost made me quit the game lmfao. I hate that guy. Seeing that KB makes me want to die because it's basically a big slow motion "DAAAMN YOU ARE DUMB" sign. Tried some baraka last night, the variation with the b,f,2 throw that jumps him 1/4th the way across the screen is filthy. Are there any other true throws in this game as nutty as that? No other character I've played gave me so many wins so early in the learning process. Just sitting around fishing for that throw, tossing out the backsplosion move thing, and tossing out his combo that includes a low and an overhead netted me probably the same ratio as using Jax. Edit: Also I loving love beating Joker players. I hate the stupid rear end single combo they all use all day long that walks him like halfway across the stage.
