Ordering sushi. Miso soup, a fried California roll, Philly rolls (I usually get spicy salmon, just shaking it up), and two rolls that have shrimp tempura stuck in ‘em. Good stuff I think.

3 pieces of bacon, two over-easy eggs, and a piece of buttered toast with Marmite. It's not bad! While I was making that I was preparing the mix for banana bread for the first time! Hopefully it turns out in 45 minutes!

I'll try. I'm counting calories again and I have a very aggressive goal as always and one slice is 150 calories. I only have 1700 calories to work with. Today was a turkey sandwich and carrots and hummus.

I bought a clearance bag of old bananas a month ago and made banana muffins for the freezer, they're delicious
