i did a BBQ on sunday so ive got leftover drumsticks that i marinated in fish sauce, sambol + sriracha, and lime juice got em layin on a bed of rice and kimchi.

my sourdough starter is finally ready to go, so have a loaf proofing right now and will bake it tomorrow morning, then have left over corn beef from dinner tonight and also homemade sauerkraut, going to make a bomb as gently caress reuben for lunch tomorrow, super stoked!
