There is this one indian restaurant that makes the best gobhi pakoda I have ever tasted. It's so amazingly delicious, but the rest of the restaurant sucks, is inconveniently located and is kind of a dump. I've tried to recreate them myself using every recipe I can find and all the best spices from authentic indian spice traders, but it never comes even close.
