I really didn't care for either of these episodes, especially the first. The jewelry-loving ep at least had fun Sara moments, but the Amazonian Maya (???) one just had colonial adventure with a heavy dose of stereotypes. Both lacked any sort of fake art. Hopefully these are a deviation, and we get back to the earlier stuff soon.

Watched this past week's eps late. Strong episodes. A definite step up from the depths of Indiana Jones adventures and Parisian clowns or whatever. Really liked the statue "heist" ep, with Fujita being smug, Chinnen being awful, and Sara being drunk, and the SPACE/angry foreigner ep was interesting with its meandering plotlines and mix of new and old art. Sad I missed the stream, but glad I didn't just decide to continue w/o them, as is a temptation when one misses eps of such an episodic show.
