today, on my snow day, i am going to make bangers and mashed potatoes for breakfast -- i'll report back the most pressing updates of my snow day as they happen here itt. it's still snowing and we never get this much snow so i'm hoping that i don't lose power as it would get cold in here, and there's no way i'm going to be able to go anywhere.

Bangers and Mash just doesn't feel right without some bubble and squeak.
i decided to take these down the more german route as i realized the sausage i have is german style, and so i am also cooking sauerkraut with the sausage and i'll probably do a stone-ground mustard drizzle
