it feels so weird to start a new month and realize you didn't play anything new in the one before. Like I have Doom, XCom2, Hitman, a whole bunch of stealth games, and a bunch more to try but all I played was Dota 2 and Enter the Gungeon (which I have 100% completed months ago). Yet I still had fun?!? also I like got half-way through last month before my new years resolution to draw every day died out whoops

I think Sunless Sea/Skies would be vastly improved if your ship being destroyed just returned you to port with a lot of your cargo lost, but no actual story loss. I'm basically just loading a save every time I die because I don't want to spend hours catching back up. Even if that catchup would have a lot of new content, I want to actually see the ends of stories someday.

instead of playing kingdom hearts 3 or finishing ace combat 7 or starting claire's b route in re2 I loaded up tomb raider 3 instead and I'm already stuck in the first level because i can't find a key but gently caress man, i love the crap out of it anyway, all the little details they've added since the last game, and the environment is great, and oh what's this we're rationing saves again but they go into your inventory as items... okay i guess.

Thinking about a Titanfall BR and honestly I can kind of see it working, though it would need a lot of rebalancing from the normal game. Time to kill would probably need a slight increase and titans would probably need to die to anti-titan weapons a lot faster. They would also need to make some of the crappier weapons suck less. But the movement on well designed maps could be enough on its own, and periodic titan drops anyone could get in with a good opening would be natural points for action to happen. What it will probably be though is no titans at all on maps already in 2 with no changes except lazily distributed weapons, zero rebalancing, and they will leave in the smart pistol. The worst thing would be dying so fast that you spend more time loading than playing.

Just make Titanfall the drat game it already was in the first place, a fast paced 6v6 FPS MOBA instead of shoehorning other game modes that dont work as well.
