Honestly I'm not sure why you went after the Celts. Now you have no one to scheme against and it is just waiting.
In fact, that is kind of the biggest glaring problem with this mod. Civ already has the issue of a long period of nothing happening if the difficulty level is on the low side and you take everyone over, this mod just makes that problem a million times worse.
